Marcus Stockinger uses the Lokbest software solution in a container in Waldkirchen in Lower Bavaria. The container contains a wide range of regional products – even fresh baked goods from the local Kittl bakery.
With the “Doaflon”, a self-service store open around the clock in a converted shipping container, Marcus Stockinger has created an innovative shopping experience in Waldkirchen. Since August 2024, the store has been equipped with the Lokbest Store software solution and enables completely autonomous, cashless shopping.
After registering once in the Lokbest app, customers gain access to the container. The desired products can be scanned using the QR code on the price tag, placed in the digital shopping cart and paid for directly – simply, securely and without staff.
The assortment in the Doaflon ranges from regional foods, cheese, sausage and eggs to fresh bread and pastries from the Kittl bakery. The Doaflon gives local producers a platform to market their products in an uncomplicated way.
In addition to sales, Marcus also offers turnkey container solutions for other direct marketers – fully equipped and ready for immediate use.
With the Doaflon, Marcus Stockinger proves that modern technology and regional marketing complement each other perfectly. A flagship project for sustainable food supply and smart local supply concepts.
