The Hirschvogel family stepped into a new era in February 2025 with the switch to digital direct marketing using the Lokbest Store software solution: their modern self-service farm store near Munich offers access to a selection of organic products directly from the producer at any time. In the small but well-stocked cottage, visitors can scan products with their smartphone using the Lokbest app and make cashless payments – flexibly and without staff.
For years, the Hirschvogel organic farm in Upper Bavaria has stood for controlled organic farming in harmony with nature, animal welfare and high-quality products. In addition to fresh organic eggs from happy chickens, the range includes its own pasta, fruit spreads, honey and chocolate specialties – much of it from the region, all produced with heart.
